Program Breakdown

FULL BODY MSRND (VOL.1)

Remember being a kid and coming in for dinner after a couple hours of playing outside and you’re kinda winded, nose is running, pretty sweaty...but had a great time? That’s what I try to recreate with my workouts…fun movements that quiet the brain, unlock mobility, and inspire light hearted creativity.

Over 4 weeks we will build upon skills learned in “THIS IS GETTING STARTED” by progressing old moves, adding in some new moves, and stringing some moves together for a fun, challenging, and flowy FULL BODY
*MESS AROUND*!

General CTA

Groovy yet challenging moves to prime our muscles and aid in recovery

DBL KB exercises to tap into higher loads & SGL KB exercises to increase stabilization as we move through offset positions.

DBL & SGL KB complexes to challenge strength, endurance, and coordination.

And *OF COURSE* some smooth movin body weight flows!

If you enjoyed the mash up of movement and the feeling you got from "Full Body MSRND Vol.1"...let's keep the good vibes and creativity flowing with "Full Body MSRND Vol.2"!

Over 4 weeks, we will advance movements that have become familiar, increase load without needing new equipement, learn new and groovy ways to string movements together, and tune into the body with some intuitive movement.

So if you're ready to join me on the patio and have all the neighbors thinking... "WHO are they...and WHAT are they training for?!"...LETS MSRND!!

By now, some moves have become familiar and smooth *ROCK ON*...now let's spice them up with some added stability, rotation, and complexity!

Increased LOAD, increased STRENGTH, increased SKILL...same bells from last time...

Transitions you may not have thought of...and will serve as fuel for your creativity in movement.

Ramping up the intensity...AND the mindfulness. Tune in, quiet the noise, and find what feels good in that moment.

WEEKLY MINI MSRND

When I left for college, my long-time trainer and I shifted to virtual sessions—well before the post-COVID virtual training boom. Because we spent most of our time gabbin and goofin, we’d usually only finish the first couple rounds of a workout together. He would then hand off the instructions, setting me up to finish the rest solo.

I quickly realized how much I loved this format. It gave me the essential coaching upfront, but allowed me to finish the workout at my own pace—turning on my music, making a coffee, and truly focusing.

Instead of passively relying on a coach through a whole workout, I learned to think through every move…which is what inspired these sessions! I want to teach you new ways to move, but more importantly, I want you to feel comfortable, confident, and capable in your own practice…turn on your own tunes, grab a bevy, and MSRND on your own terms! 🤟🏼✨

*Highly recommend completing THIS IS GETTING STARTED (Beginner Program) before joining Mini MSRNDs*

“ I'd been hoping Madeline would put out a program ever since I stumbled upon her Instagram more than a year ago and thought, "I want to move like that!!" "This is Getting Started" did not disappoint. It is such an accessible way to get into this style of movement, and it has truly transformed my relationship to exercise! The combination of mobility and strength training in this program is particularly well-suited to my needs as someone who lives with autoimmune-related arthritis. Madeline's pacing and combination of joint-friendly mobility movements and progressive strength exercises are fun yet straightforward, empowering to perform, and (importantly) easy to modify when my body needs that! Even after one time through this program, I saw and felt that I was much stronger and more limber. My body was more resilient to stress, and my joint pain even decreased. I've gone through the program a few times now and feel so much freer in my movements and in my ability to craft a supportive exercise routine for myself - one that is intentional, mindful, enjoyable, and most importantly (for me) flexible! Can't wait to continue with future programs! Thanks for all you do, Madeline!”

“ I started this program when I was looking for a way back into prioritizing fitness. I was really active in my 20s, but something got lost through grad school, moves, and life changes. I started experiencing a lot of joint pain after an injury and realized I need to prioritize movement. I’ve been following for a while and decided to take the plunge on the “This is Getting Started” program! My joint pain is gone and I’m enjoying movement again! This is the first time in my life I feel like I can gain real strength while working out at home, and I’ve got a whole new love for kettlebells!”

“ I am so glad I found a way to MSRND! Madeline has provided me with an accessible and realistic way to start my functional fitness journey on my own accord, in the comfort of my own home or outside. I’ve always wanted to get into kettlebell flow, but have always been so overwhelmed with starting the process. “This is getting started” was the perfect way to introduce both body weight mobility along with basic kettlebell moves to get my base nice and strong. Madeline’s workout plan is structured in a way that has made movement so engaging and fun which has made it so easy to be consistent. “This is getting started” already has me feeling more strong, more sturdy, and stable. Highly recommend staying with it and diving right into “Fully Body MSRND Vol. 1”, where she deliberately builds off of skills in a steady progression of introducing new moves and building flows. Throw some music on, open a window, breathe, and move your body in the most perfect way and you won’t even realize it’s a workout. It’s a way of life! Thanks Madeline !!! 🫶”

“ I haven’t been able to stick with any workout for years, but easily stuck with it for the 8 weeks! And I’ve started over again to keep progress going! The workouts are fun with enough variety to keep me interested and I’ve noticed such a change in my body. Not just in appearance, but my chronic pain from life has left and I do the mobility stretches even on a rest day now cuz my body just needs it! Thank you!”

This program helped me love working out again. I used to go to the gym to do standard bodybuilding excersises and would spend sooo much time on going, packing a bag, doing sets and sets and sets.

Instead, working out at home with this program, I get to move - really move! The unrestrictedness of it and the almost dance-like excersises make it so much fun to work out! I went from being pretty stiff and having almost regular minor injuries to being more, flexible, more lean and stronger in actual real-life muscles instead of the classic, bodybuilding mirror-muscles.

I now crave a workout and I have been pestering Madeline for pt 2 of this program to get some new fun movements. I even got my girlfriend on it. She loves it too and says it's helped release her shoulders and calm her nervous system.

If you're sick of classic gym culture and the same, repetitive, restricted movements, start messing around!!
